This architectural trophy, known as the Segel residence, is an architectural gem in Malibu listed for $33.5 million. It was designed in 1979 by renowned architect John Lautner. He gained fame by creating Modernist homes such as the Chemosphere House off Mulholland Drive, which looks like a flying saucer.
