Taking the stage after an aged and somewhat (although deservedly) pompous Echo & the Bunnymen, the boys of Vampire Weekend looked very much like well-groomed hooligans on spring break in the Hamptons.

There is something fresh and very now about the youthful and optimistic virility of Vampire Weekend.
