Halfdome is awesome as well as beautiful . . .

Halfdome can be found in Yosemite Valley . . . in fact you can't miss it. The park rangers at the Visitors Center become exasperated as visitor after visitor inquires, "What ever happened to the other half of Halfdome?" One day one of the rangers had had it with the "eternal" question, and made a great show for the curious visitor, as he went running out of the Visitors Center, threw up his hands as he gazed up at the massive dome and said, "Wow, what happened, it was there yesterday!!"
