Olympian Jack Davis "edged out"

Jack Davis, who died last week at 81, won 37 races in a row and held the world record in the 110-meter hurdles at 13.4 seconds.  Davis had identical times as the gold medalists in the 110-meter hurdles at the 1952 and 1956 Olympic Games but was judged to be slightly behind.
