HERKIMER ARMS
The Herkimer Arms, a two-story gunite structure, was built in 1911 as 8 individual box-like apartments. Relocated to its new site at 407 N. Raymond Avenue, it will be converted into two units: one unit on each floor and each nearly 3,000 square feet.
