This is only an artists rendering. In fact, it is noted as an illustration in the lower left of the image. It apparently does not exist. But then, many things exist ONLY on architectural drawing boards for Dubai. The bottomless aspect to Arab pocketbooks tends to bring out opportunistic builders and designers from all over the world. Just because they pitch it, doesnt mean it is actually built.
