The beauty of the First State Delaware was captured by dozens of photographers who entered Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge's annual photo contest. This year's grand prize winner is a photograph of a heron against an almost black backdrop. The "Walking Heron" was taken by Jack Foley of Dover.
