Sepulveda serves as Grand Marshal of parade led by Fort MacArthur’s 63rd Coast Artillery; parade includes motorized anti-aircraft guns and 2 battalions of seamen from the battleships of the Pacific Fleet; celebration sponsored by the Thirty-Year Club of San Pedro (all members must be residents of San Pedro for 3 decades)
