"a magical, theatrical journey"
War Horse, which opened in April is a play based on the novel by Michael Morpurgo. It tells the story of the bond between a boy and his horse, set against the horrors of World War I. This is a play that is both intimate and grand that shows the personal stories of people on both sides of the war. It is also a magical, theatrical journey.
