Haleakala National Park

Haleakala, on the east end of Maui, is for nature lovers and stargazers. The park is home to more endangered species than any other national park in the United States. The 10,023-foot summit of Haleakala volcano offers conditions ideal for viewing the night sky. Haleakala National Park has had 741,707 visitors so far this year.
