During his last years, Stalin decided he wanted to build a gigantic statue in Prague to celebrate himself. Everyone in Prague HATED the statue, and it was destroyed just a few years after Stalin's death, even though Prague was still occupied by the Russians. It's massive and the people standing around the statue give you some sense of perspective.

Stalin's Tribute to Himself
During his last years, Stalin decided he wanted to build a gigantic statue in Prague to celebrate himself.
