A Little Mystery . . .

I don't quite know what this is, but rumor has it that these red boxes are to be built at convenient locations throughout the city and that people in restaurants, in automobiles and on foot who are caught talking on their cell phones are to be locked up in these little red boxes until they have finished their call. For some people that could be a long time.
