This 1959 Alfa Romeo BAT 9, the third and final of the Italian maker's Berlina Aerodynamica Technica series of concept cars, is considered the least radical design in the series. It appeared at the 1955 Turin Motor Show. The three BAT concepts, created by Franco Scaflione and Nuccio Bertone, were based on the Alfa Romeo 1900SS chassis.
